Avinash Savarkar –
Maritime Consultant
Mr. Avinash Savarkar is an ex-Merchant Navy officer with extensive sea-going and shore-based experience. Over the course of his sailing career, he has served on a variety of vessels, including tankers and car carriers, gaining in-depth operational knowledge of shipboard management, crew welfare, and safety practices.
After his sailing career, he transitioned ashore and worked in the Crew Manning Department, where he was actively involved in crew operations and the Ratings department. His responsibilities included managing crew deployment, handling documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting smooth crew rotations.
With his dual expertise in onboard operations and shore-based crew management, Mr. Savarkar brings valuable insights that help shipping companies optimize their crewing functions and enhance operational efficiency. As a consultant, he adds depth to our team by guiding manpower planning, advising on best practices, and supporting the development of efficient crew management strategies.
Swaraj Choudhary –

Mr. Swaraj Choudhary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and brings with him valuable experience from both the five-star hospitality sector and the banking industry. His background reflects a strong blend of customer service excellence, business development skills, and a deep understanding of client relationship management.
In his role as Business Developer, Mr. Choudhary leverages his diverse experience to identify opportunities, build strong client partnerships, and drive sustainable growth. His expertise in hospitality has sharpened his interpersonal skills, while his time in the banking sector has given him a keen eye for financial insight and business strategy. S. Sathyanarayanan –
Senior Maritime Consultant
Mr. S. Sathyanarayanan is an ex-Merchant Navy Radio Officer with a strong educational foundation in Mathematics (B.Sc.) and C.O.P Class-2 (Radio Officer) certification. He began his career at sea, serving as a Radio Officer from 1991 to 1999, gaining extensive sailing experience and practical exposure to shipboard operations.
After transitioning ashore, he built a remarkable career in crew management, holding senior positions with leading shipping companies. He served as a Regional Manager with a Japanese company from 2003 to 2010, and later with a Greek company for over 14 years, until March 2024. With over 25 years of experience in manning, he has managed crewing operations for LNG carriers, tankers, and bulk carriers, while also heading the Chennai offices of both companies.
Well known across the industry, Mr. Sathyanarayanan has established a strong rapport with seafarers in India, especially in the South Zone, and is recognized for maintaining one of the largest databases in the industry. He has got a network of around 5000 seafarers. His combination of sea-going expertise, shore-based leadership, and deep industry relationships make him a highly respected figure in maritime crew management and consultancy.
