Founder's Journey
Our founder Mr. Minar Choudhari began his professional career as a Merchant Navy Officer, spending 18 years at sea on Bulk Carriers, Tankers, Containers, and Passenger Ships. This invaluable experience provided deep insight into the technical and cultural dynamics of maritime life. Transitioning ashore, he pursued his passion for human resources and quickly rose to senior management positions in the shipping industry, serving for more than 14 years. Throughout his career, he placed strong emphasis on crew welfare, safety, and operational excellence—values that continue to guide Beck and Call Services today.
Our Story
After retiring in 2019, our founder established Beck and Call Services with a vision to support shipping and logistics companies with their growing manpower needs. Inspired by industry leaders and backed by years of experience, he built the company on the principles of trust, quality, and personalized service. Since inception, we have successfully leveraged a strong professional network across India to identify and supply highly suitable candidates for both shore-based and ship-based operations.
